This website is operated by Hazel’s Harvest. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Hazel’s Harvest. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

2. Products and Natural Variations

We specialize in providing farm-fresh produce and natural goods, including but not limited to Talala Gir Kesar mangoes, natural spices, herbs, and dals.

  • Fresh Produce: Due to the 100% natural and chemical-free nature of our fresh produce, variations in size, color, shape, and exact ripening times are normal and expected.

  • Availability: All products are subject to seasonal availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.

  • Accuracy: We have made every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your device's display will reflect the exact color of the physical product.

  • Representative Imagery: All product images, packaging photos, and lifestyle pictures displayed on the website are for representative purposes only. Because we deal in 100% natural and farm-fresh produce, the actual product you receive may vary slightly in size, color, shape, and overall appearance from the photographs shown on your screen.

3. Order Processing, Delivery, and Store Pickup

Hazel’s Harvest offers localized fulfillment to ensure the highest quality and freshness.

  • Local Delivery: Delivery is restricted to Vadodara and designated surrounding areas. Standard delivery is typically completed within 24-48 hours of order confirmation and dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and subject to route conditions.

  • Store Pickup: Orders selected for "Store Pickup" must be collected from our designated pickup point located inside the RR Ballpen store in Manjalpur, Vadodara. Orders are typically ready for collection within 2-4 hours of payment verification.

  • Uncollected Items: Because we deal in perishable fresh produce, Hazel's Harvest is not responsible for the degradation of quality for pickup orders that are not collected within a reasonable timeframe after the "Ready for Pickup" notification is issued.

4. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Due to the perishable nature of our fresh produce (mangoes) and the consumable nature of our spices and dals, we have a strict quality control and return policy.

  • Reporting an Issue: If you receive a damaged or unsatisfactory order, you must contact our customer care team within 24 hours of delivery or pickup.

  • Proof of Condition: We may require photographic evidence of the damaged or spoiled items before approving a replacement or refund.

  • Resolution: Approved claims will be resolved via a replacement of the affected items or a refund, at the sole discretion of Hazel's Harvest. We generally do not accept physical returns of perishable goods.

5. Pricing and Billing

  • All prices on the website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).

  • Prices for our products are subject to change without notice, particularly due to the fluctuating nature of agricultural harvests.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the email or phone number provided at the time the order was made.

6. User Information and Privacy

Your submission of personal information through the store (such as your address for delivery and phone number for order updates) is governed by our Privacy Policy. We commit to using your contact details solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order and providing relevant updates regarding Hazel's Harvest.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to your use of this website or purchases made shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Vadodara, Gujarat.
