Where do you deliver?
Premium Kesar Mangoes: Because they are highly perishable and delicate, we deliver fresh mango boxes exclusively within Vadodara.
Spices, Dals & Oils: Good news! Our entire natural pantry range is available for delivery outside Vadodara as well.
Can I pick up my order myself? Yes! If you are in Vadodara, you can select "Self-Pickup" at checkout and collect your order directly from our storage location in Manjalpur.
Is there a delivery fee?
For Vadodara Deliveries: We offer free delivery for all orders (mangoes or pantry items) above ₹500. For orders below this amount, a nominal local delivery charge applies.
For Outside Vadodara (Pantry Items Only): Standard shipping rates apply based on the total weight of your package and your location. This will be automatically calculated for you at checkout.
Premium Kesar Mangoes
Are your mangoes artificially ripened? Absolutely not. Our Talala Gir Kesar mangoes are 100% naturally ripened. We strictly guarantee a carbide-free and chemical-free process, prioritizing your family's health and authentic taste.
Why does my 10 kg box weigh slightly less upon arrival? We pack exactly 10 kg at the farm. However, because our mangoes are naturally ripened without chemical coatings, they undergo natural moisture loss during transit and the ripening process. The final delivered weight typically ranges between 9.5 kg and 10 kg.
How should I store the mangoes once delivered? Keep them at room temperature until fully ripe and fragrant. Only refrigerate them once they are completely ripe to prolong their shelf life.

Where do your pantry items come from? Our natural spices, pulses, and cold-pressed oils are sourced through a trusted partnership with Laxmi. Hazel's Harvest acts as the proud distribution partner, bringing their premium, traditionally processed essentials to your digital pantry.
Are the dals and spices natural? Yes. Our entire pantry range is 100% natural, unadulterated, and free from synthetic additives or artificial colors. Our dals are unpolished to retain maximum dietary fiber and nutrition.
Can I order just a single packet of spice? To keep our delivery efficient, we recommend adding spices, dals, and oils to your larger mango orders, or building a pantry basket that meets our ₹500 minimum for free delivery.
Returns, Refunds & Payments
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major secure online payments through our website (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking).
What happens if an item arrives damaged? We take packaging seriously, but if a mango box arrives severely damaged or an oil bottle is leaking, please take a clear photo and send it to our WhatsApp support number within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
Can I return grocery items? Due to the perishable nature of our natural food products, we do not accept general returns once a package has been opened.
